A private sanctuary dedicated to conservation and bespoke experiences, in the heart of the Mara.
Throughout the project, the client was a true visionary, actively participating in planning and idea generation. Our team worked closely with him to bring these ideas to life.
We needed to organize the website in a way that was smooth to scroll through, showcasing the property and also call the user to the action of sending an enquiry. The challenge was having to consider the fact that the majority of visitors aren't tech savvy, which requires us to pay special attention to User Experience – so certain animations that we are used to doing in these types of websites, weren’t usable for this experience.
Our team got straight to working on the branding assets so we could then use them on the website. Not being able to use more complex animations, due to the target audience, we had to stick to simpler ways of showcasing the beautiful photography and videography from the property.
Using some techniques, such as smooth scrolling and reveal/micro animations, we were able to achieve the clients goal of creating an experience for the less digitally fluent audience.
